At Fiido, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item's current condition to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the product back in its original Fiido box, ensuring all batteries, chargers, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger e-bike shipments.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
