We offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty on all major components, including the motor, battery, and controller. The bike frame is covered by a separate 36-month structural warranty against manufacturing defects.

Can I return my bike if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply for non-quality related returns.

Are Fiido e-bikes waterproof for riding in the rain?

Fiido e-bikes have an IP54 water resistance rating, meaning they are protected against light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water.
